CRP authorities call on PM

DHAKA, May 24, 2026 (BSS) – Authorities of the Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) today paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.

The meeting was held at the Prime Minister’s Cabinet Division office in the Bangladesh Secretariat here this afternoon, said Prime Minister’s Deputy Press Secretary Jahidul Islam Rony.

During the meeting, he said, rehabilitation activities for persons with paralysis were discussed.

CRP officials briefed the Prime Minister on their ongoing activities and various aspects of their treatment and rehabilitation services.

CRP Founder Valerie A. Taylor, Executive Director of the Trustee Board Dr Mohammad Sohrab Hossain, Trustee Chairman Muhammad Saidur Rahman, Trustee Mushtaq Ahmed and other senior officials of the organization were present at the meeting.
