PM mourns casualties in bomb attack in Pakistan

DHAKA, May 24, 2026 (BSS) - Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has expressed deep shock and sorrow over the casualties in the bomb attack in Quetta, Pakistan. 

"We are deeply saddened by the tragic bomb attack in Quetta, Pakistan, which claimed many innocent lives and left numerous others injured," he said in a message today.

On behalf of the people of Bangladesh, he extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and wish a swift recovery to those injured. 

He said Bangladesh vehemently condemns terrorism and violence in all forms, and stands in solidarity with Pakistan during this difficult time.
