DHAKA, Nov 2, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh's dependable Test batter Mominul Haque missed out a century in his side's Chattogram's National Cricket League (NCL) match against Barishal at Cox's Bazar International Stadium today.

Mominul will join the national team's practice session after this second round match of NCL.

However his 92 helped Chattogram post 358 before being all out in their first innings.

Barishal then made a strong reply, reaching 115-2 at stumps with Salman Emon battng on 47 and Zahiduzzaman Khan on 13.

Resuming the day on 260-4, Chattogram lost the rest of the six wickets for just 98 runs. Mominul who was unbeaten on 82 runs overnight was able to add just 10 runs. After his dismissal, Chattogram collapsed, allowing Barishal to claw back into the contest.
