DHAKA, Dec 2, 2025 (BSS)- Ending all speculations, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) today announced that the 12th edition of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) will start from December 26. 

The BPL will begin its journey from Sylhet this season with two matches being held every day. The first match starts from 1 PM and the second one from 6 PM. But the match will begin from 2 PM and 7 PM respectively in every Friday during the tournament.

Sylhet Titans will take Rajshahi Warriors to kick-start the tournament on December 26. Noakhali Express will lock horns with Chattogram Royals in the next match of the day.

Sylhet will host BPL till January 2 after which the tournament will move to Chattogram where it will be held from January 5-12.

Dhaka will host the tournament for remaining matches, including the playoffs and final from January 15. The final is scheduled on January 23.

Reserve day is kept for playoffs and final.
