HABIGANJ, Oct 22, 2024 (BSS) - Rapid Action Battalion in a drive arrested a man with 66 kgs of ganja from Madhobpur upaizla of the district early today.

The detainee was identified as Tareq Hossain, 48, hailed from Gandhobpur village in the Upazila.

Media Officer of RAB-9 Police Super Moshiur Rahman said on information a team of the force conducted a raid in the Krishnanagar area early today and arrested Tareq Hossain with the quantity of ganja.

A case was filed against him under Narcotics Control Act.
