HELSINKI, March 19, 2025 (BSS/AFP) - Russia must show that if it wants to achieve a "genuine peace" it must unconditionally accept the ceasefire proposed by US President Donald Trump, Finland's President Alexander Stubb said Wednesday.

"There are only two ways to respond to the proposal of the President of the United States. It's a yes or no... but no conditions," Stubb said at a press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Helsinki, adding: "Ukraine accepted a ceasefire without any forms of conditions."
