Remittance inflow witnesses 15.9pc growth in July-Sept

DHAKA, Oct 5, 2025 (BSS) - Inflow of remittances witnessed 15.9 percent (pc) growth, reaching US$7,586 million during the period from July 1 to September 30, 2025 which was $6,543 million during the same period of the previous fiscal year.

According to the latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued here today, during the month of September 2025, expatriates sent remittances of $2,685 million, which was only $2,405 million during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
