DHAKA, Feb 27, 2025 (BSS) - Law and Justice Division has called for giving opinions on the primary draft of the Code of Civil Procedure (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025.

With an aim to modernize 'The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908', the Law and Justice Division has prepared the draft of the Code of Civil Procedure (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025, and released it for collecting public opinions before finalizing the draft, a gazette notification issued on February 26, said.

The Law and Justice Division urged all to send their opinions on the draft through email on [email protected] by March 3, 2025.
