JAHANGIRNAGAR UNIVERSITY, March 1, 2025 (BSS) - Jalshiri, a music-based cultural organization of Jahangirnagar University (JU)  announced its new executive committee today, for the 2025-26 session.

Founding President Mohiuddin Ahmed and outgoing General Secretary Rahatul Ferdous Ratri jointly announced the newly formed committee through a press release.

Md Ferdous, Rahatul Ferdous Ratri were made presidium members while Dhiraj Roy and Tushar Sikder were made general secretary and joint secretary of the committee respectively, according to the press release.

The other office bearers are - Suravi Chakrabarty and Proma Raha as organising secretary, Progga Protiva as treasurer, Asif Karim Patwary Rupam and Pranto Roy as joint treasurer, Dipannita Chakrabarty as office secretary, Sagor Roy as assistant publication and publicity secretary and Nirjhara Devnath and Faiza Antara as library affairs secretary.
 
Besides, Md. Shafiur Khan Siam, Nuretaj Islam Katha, Sabuj Chandra Roy, Avantika Das Disha, Chowdhury Mahbubul Mursalin, Dip Das, SM Tanvir Ahmed Pratyay, Sushant Saha, Iffat Jahan Bithi, Kashfia Islam Nova, Saba Tabachchum and Mezbaul Alam were made executive members of the committee.
