Police constable Riyad honoured with PPM

DHAKA, April 7, 2025 (BSS) - Police constable Md. Riyad Hossain was honoured with the prestigious 'President's Police Medal (PPM-Service)' for his outstanding contributions to maintaining law and order.

Public Security Division's Police Wing-2 of the ministry of home affairs issued a notification on March 27 last, announcing the award.

The notification praised constable Riyad for his innovative and intelligent approach to policing, emphasizing his commitment to maintaining public order by showing due respect to citizens in 2025.

This recognition takes effect from the date of the notification's issuance.
