Advisers visit July martyrs' graves in Munshiganj

MUNSHIGANJ, April 7, 2025 (BSS) - Home Adviser Md Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, Housing and Public Works Adviser Adilur Rahman Khan and Cultural Affairs Adviser Mostafa Sarwar Farooqui have visited graves of July uprising martyrs Dipjol, Sirajul Faraji and Sajal in Munshiganj today.

The advisers also met family members of the martyrs at North Islampur of Munshiganj Municipality and inquired about their well-being.

They paid the visit after attending a meeting on local development project at the conference room of the district commissioner (DC) office this noon.

Chief of Naval Staff Vice Admiral M Nazmul Hassan and Munshiganj DC Fatema Tul Jannat were present during the visit, among others.

Notably, the martyrs were killed by the activists of fallen Awami League and its wings during the anti-discrimination student movement on August 4 last year.
