NILPHAMARI, June 15, 2025 (BSS) - A youth was killed in a road accident in 
Sheikher Masjid area of Sadar upazila here this afternoon.

The deceased was identified as Azizul Islam, 25, son of late Sobahan Ali, a 
resident of Barogharia village in Kundapukur union of the upazila.

The incident took place on the Nilphamari-Saidpur road when a motorcycle hit 
a battery-run rickshaw van, leaving its passenger Azizul dead on the spot, 
said M.R. Sayeed, Officer-in-Charge of Sadar Police Station. 

Later, police recovered the body and handed it over to the family.
