Doa, munajat held at Baitul Mukarram for fighter jet victims

DHAKA, July 22, 2025 (BSS) - A doa and munajat was held at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque today after Johr prayers seeking eternal peace for those who lost their lives in Monday's Air Force fighter jet crash at Milestone School and College in the city's Uttara, and for the swift recovery of the injured.

The doa and munajat was conducted by Imam of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque, Hafez Maulana M Muhiuddin Kashem, said a handout issued by the Press Information Department (PID).

Officials and employees of the Islamic Foundation, including its Director of Dwini Dawat and Cultural Section Dr Mohammad Harunur Rashid, were present during the doa and munajat.

The Islamic Foundation has also called upon mosque committees across the country to organize similar doa and munajat programs for the victims of the tragic incident, which included casualties among students.
