CA hosts luncheon in honour of two outgoing advisers

DHAKA, Dec 11, 2025 (BSS) - Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus today hosted a luncheon in honour of outgoing advisers Md Mahfuj Alam and Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain after the meeting of the Council of Advisers at his office at Tejgaon in the city.
 
The Chief Adviser also posed for a photograph with the outgoing advisers after the meeting, said the Chief Adviser's Press Wing this afternoon.  

Earlier, on Wednesday, Information and Broadcasting Adviser Mahfuj Alam and LGRD and Youth and Sports Adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain submitted their resignation letters in-person to the Chief Adviser at the State Guest House Jamuna here.
 
Their resignation will come into effect soon after the announcement of the election schedule for the upcoming general polls by the Election Commission (EC).
