DHAKA, Dec 24, 2025 (BSS) - The Admission Test of Architecture Department 
(Part 2) under the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) for 
2025-2026 sessions will be held on December 28, 2025 (1500-1700 hrs) because 
it clashed with the rescheduled science unit exam of Dhaka University (DU).

However, the first-phase of MIST's Engineering and Architecture Department 
tests will be held on December 27, 2025 (1000-1300 hrs) as per the previous 
instructions, said an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release 
here this evening.

Earlier, the admission test for the 2025-2026 session of the Faculty of 
Science of Dhaka University (DU) was scheduled to be held on December 20.

The test was postponed as part of the 1 (one) day state mourning following 
the death of Sharif Osman Hadi, a former student of DU, on December 18, 2025.

The authorities of DU have decided to hold the exam on December 27, 2025 
(Saturday) from 15.30pm to 17.00pm.
