DHAKA, Feb 12, 2026 (BSS) - BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman today cast his vote along with his wife and daughter in the Gulshan Model High School and College center in Dhaka-17 constituency.

Tarique Rahman accompanying by his wife Dr Zubaida Rahman and daughter Barrister Zaima Rahman entered into the polling center at 9:40 am to cast vote following the prescribed procedure.

After casting his vote, he stayed at the center for a short time and inquired about the overall environment around the polling centre. 

Tarique Rahman’s youngest brother Arafat Rahman Koko's wife Syeda Shamila Rahman Sinthi and their two daughters Zafia Rahman and Jashia are expected to cast their votes at the same center.
