KHULNA, Aug 24, 2026 (BSS) - The admission tests for first-year undergraduate and honours courses at Khulna University (KU) for the 2026-27 academic session will be held on December 17 and 18.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the Central Admission Committee held this afternoon, according to a notification signed by KU Acting Registrar Professor Dr SM Mahbubur Rahman.

According to the notification, admission tests for the 'C' and 'D' units will be held on December 17.

The 'C' unit comprises disciplines under the Schools of Arts and Humanities, Social Science, Law, Education and Fine Arts. The 'D' unit covers disciplines under the School of Management and Business Administration.

The following day, December 18, admission tests for the 'A' and 'B' units will be held.

The 'A' unit includes disciplines under the Schools of Science, Engineering and Technology while the 'B' unit comprises disciplines under the School of Life Sciences.

The detailed schedule of the admission tests and other necessary instructions will be announced later through a separate university notification.
