BMU’s emergency surgery opens for 24 hours

DHAKA, July 21, 2025 (BSS) - The Transfusion Medicine, Laboratory and Emergency Surgery departments of Bangladesh Medical University (BMU) will remain open round the clock to treat the persons who were injured in an aircraft crash on a school building in Uttara today.

The ICU of the hospital has also been kept ready for the treatment of the injured in any emergency, said a press release of BMU.
