DHAKA, July 23, 2025 (BSS) - The Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) of police on Tuesday in separate raids arrested four active members of a robbery gang named 'Tarun Gang', including its ringleader from different parts of Mohammadpur in the capital.

The arrested have been identified as Tarun Mia (23), ringleader of the gang, Imran Hossain Faisal (20), Md. Suhrawardy (25) and Md. Mamun Mia (27).

Based on secret information, a smart team of CTTC's Special Action Group conducted operations in various areas of Mohammadpur and arrested the four criminal suspects, said a police press release.

A case was lodged in this connection.
