DHAKA, July 27, 2025 (BSS) - A BNP delegation has stood by the bereaved family of Fatema Akter, who died in a recent jet crash into Milestone School and College in city's Uttara area.

Led by BNP National Standing Committee member Begum Selima Rahman, the delegation included National Executive Committee Self-Reliance Affairs Secretary Shirin Sultana, Member Secretary of BNP's Dhaka North City unit Mostafa Zaman, Dhaka District unit General Secretary Advocate Nipun Roy Chowdhury, Joint Convener of Dhaka North City unit of BNP Mostafizur Rahman Segun, SM Jahangir and Afaz Uddin Afaz, among others.

On behalf of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia and BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman, the delegation yesterday expressed condolence at the death of Fatema, said a Facebook post of BNP's media cell.
