DHAKA, July 27, 2025 (BSS) - Chief coordinator of the Ganosanhati Andolan Zonayed Saki today said the people of this country should build new political, economic and cultural system for their own future and it would be the real respect to the martyrs.
“We will not able to build a new political system keeping in place the same economy of looting, corruption and culture of divided politics. We must change the present economy and political culture”, he said.
Saki said this at a July rally organized by Ganosanhati Andolon Tangail district unit at Tangail Shahid Minar this afternoon.
The democratic political system will not sustain without change in the existing economic system and democratic culture, he said.
The country needs the political people who will protect the interest of the mass people, he said adding that labours, farmers, employees, student and youths should have their own political party to protect their interest, he said.
Terming the martyrs as the pioneer of a new Bangladesh, Saki said the mothers of the martyrs are demanding the trial of the killer of their sons.
Martyrs and injured fighters of July uprising did not the state honor and injured persons are yet to get medical support, he said.
Saki said when the Awami League enacted 15th Amendment then it was clear that they wanted to establish a fascist ruling system.
The constitutional autocratic power structure of our country helped them to make their desire successful.
