DHAKA, Dec 11, 2025 (BSS)- The Victory Day Handball competition (men’s and women’s), marking the victory day, will begin at Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium in the capital on Saturday (Dec 13).  

Bangladesh Handball Federation treasurer Md Khaled Anwar is expected to inaugurate meet as the chief guest.

Four teams of men’s section and equal number of teams of women’s section will take part in the competition, organized by Bangladesh Handball Federation.

The participating men’s teams are Border Guard Bangladesh, Bangladesh Ansar and VDP, Bangladesh Police Handball Club and Team Handball Dhaka while the women’s teams are Bangladesh Ansar and VDP, Bangladesh Police Handball Club, Border Guard Bangladesh and Farque Tomal Sports Academy.
