TUNGIPARA, Gopalganj, July 30, 2024 (BSS) - A view exchange meeting was held on the occasion of the National Fisheries Week -2024 in Tungipara upazila of the district today.

The meeting was held at the Tungipara upazila fisheries office with Senior Fisheries Officer of Tungipara Upazila Debashish Bachar in the chair this morning.

Senior Fisheries Officer of Tungipara Upazila Debashish Bachar, President of Upazila Press Club Imran Sheikh, its General Secretary SM Bipul Islam, journalist of Bijoy TV Aminur Rahman, journalist of Ajker Patrika Sajal Sarkar and journalist of Ajker Darpan, among others, spoke.

Activities undertaken by the Department of Fisheries for protection and prosperity of fisheries resources were discussed in the view-exchange meeting.
