JAMALPUR, July 30, 2024 (BSS) - Ansar and Village Defence Party (VDP) began a tree plantation campaign on its office premises in the town today.

District Commandant of Ansar and VDP Md Mizanur Rahman inaugurated the plantation programme by planting saplings.

Under the directives of Director General of Bangladesh Ansar and VDP Major General AKM Aminul Haque, the tree plantation programme began across the country.

A total of 750 saplings of fruit, medicinal and timber trees are being planted under the campaign.
