One devotee dies at Ijtema

GAZIPUR, Jan 31, 2025 (BSS) - One devotee, who joined the first phase of the 58th Biswa Ijtema, died at the Ijtema venue in Tongi, Gazipur this morning.

The deceased was identified as Abdul Quddus Gazi, 60, son of Lokman Hossain of Dumuria Police Station in Khulna district.

Tabligh Jamaat media cell coordinator Habibullah Raihan confirmed the matter, saying that Gazi died of old age complications.

Gazi's namaz-e-janaza was held at the Ijtema ground after the Jumma prayers.
