Meeting held with journos in Tangail to promote BNP’s 31-point reform agenda

TANGAIL, July 31, 2025 (BSS) – A views-exchange meeting was held in Tangail this afternoon to discuss the implementation of the BNP's '31-point outline for structural reforms in Bangladesh', as announced by BNP’s Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.

Held at Elenga Resort in Kalihati Upazila, the meeting was attended by Professor Dr Md Shah Alam Talukder, who is planning to seek nomination from BNP for the Tangail-4 (Kalihati) constituency in the coming national election.

During the session, Dr Talukder called on local journalists to help disseminate the BNP's 31-point outline among the public. 

He emphasized that the outline, aimed at rebuilding the state's constitutional framework and establishing equal rights, would lead the country toward a prosperous future if BNP is elected to power in the next national election.

The meeting was chaired by Shahin Abdul Bari, Executive Editor of Financial Today.

Journalist Rashid Abbasi, Jai Jai Din staff reporter Bulbul Mallick, BSS Tangail district correspondent Mohiuddin Suman, The New Nation district correspondent Mustafa Kamal Nanna and SA TV district correspondent Ahmed Russell were present, among others, on the occasion.
