KHULNA, July 31, 2025 (BSS) – BNP’s Khulna city unit will hold a grand rally and victory procession on the city’s Zia Hall premises on August 6 marking the anniversary of ‘July-August Uprising’, Mourning, and Victory.

The BNP leaders in a meeting today said the rally and victory procession will turn into a massive gathering with participation of people from all strata of life, said a press release issued by Mizanur Rahman Milton, Convener of Khulna BNP Media Cell this evening.

As part of the month long programme, marking the people-students mass uprising, the city BNP will conclude their month-long programme on August 6.

Organised by the city BNP and party’s other associates organizations, the decision was taken at a joint meeting held today at a city’s Western-Inn hotel with city unit president Shafiqul Alam Mona in the chair.

Conducted by the general secretaries Shafiqul Alam Tuhin, the meeting was addressed, among others, by organizing secretaries Sheikh Sadi, Masud Parvez Babu and Hasanur Rashid Chowdhury Miraz.

A 3-member sub-committee has been formed to make the rally and victory procession a total success.
