Six institutions fined for various irregularities in Tangail

TANGAIL, Sept 16, 2025 (BSS) - A mobile court fined six institutions Taka 55,000 at Sakhipur of the district today. 

Assistant Director of the District National Consumer Rights Protection Department Asaduzzaman Rumel led the mobile court this afternoon and fined the institutions for various irregularities.

The mobile court fined EVA Diagnostic Center Taka 12,000, Bangladesh Diagnostic Center Taka 5,000, New Sadhna Clinic Taka 4,000, Al Amin Diagnostic Center Taka 10,000, Bhuiyan Medicine Corner Taka 4,000 and Sakal-Sandhya Restaurant Taka 20,000 for violating of health rules, unauthorized activities and various irregularities. 

Asaduzzaman said that such operations will continue in the public interest.
