KCC seizes 32 unregistered vehicles

KHULNA, Oct 19, 2025 (BSS) – On the first day of a joint operation, the Khulna City Corporation (KCC) and the Traffic Department of Khulna Metropolitan Police (KMP) today seized 32 unregistered vehicles, locally known as “easy bikes.”

KCC Senior License Officer Md. Moniruzzaman Rahim said the operation began in the morning as part of efforts to ease traffic congestion in the city. The seized vehicles were handed over to the traffic office at Joragate.

He added that the drive will continue to ensure the smooth movement of city dwellers.

Traffic Inspector Md. Zahidul Islam, TSI Md. Rezaul Karim, KCC License Officers Sheikh Md. Delwar Hossain and Khan Habibur Rahman, along with other police personnel, took part in the operation.
