Death toll from Russian strike in eastern Ukraine rises to 3: city official

KYIV, Ukraine, Nov 17, 2025 (BSS/AFP) - The death toll from a Russian strike in the eastern Ukrainian city of Balakliya has risen to three, the city military administration chief said on Monday.

"According to preliminary information, three people were killed as a result of the night missile strike on the city of Balakliya," Vitali Karabanov said in a post on Telegram, adding that "another 10 people were wounded".
