WASHINGTON, Feb 9, 2024 (BSS/AFP) - The Republican speaker of the House of Representatives declared Joe Biden "unfit" for office Thursday after a probe into the president's mishandling of classified documents painted a damning picture of his mental capacities.
 
  "A man too incapable of being held accountable for mishandling classified information is certainly unfit for the Oval Office," said Speaker Mike Johnson, a close ally of Biden's likely November election challenger Donald Trump.
