DHAKA, July 15, 2024 (BSS) - The Information Commission Bangladesh, after separate hearings, today disposed of eight complaints out of 10 under the Right to Information (RTI) Act.

The Chief Information Commissioner Abdul Malek PhD and Information Commissioner Shahidul Alam Zinuk held the hearing in line with the RTI Act, according to a press release.

Besides, the commission has been fined to two responsible officers in two cases under the RTI Act and recommended departmental action in another case.

Earlier on July 10 in 2024, the Information Commission Bangladesh also disposed of six complaints.
