DHAKA, Oct 25, 2024 (BSS) – A mobile court has sentenced three people to three months of jail as they tried to snatch luggage of passengers at the Hazrat Shajalal International Airport here.

The convicts are - Md. Noor Alam,28, Md. Razu Ahmed alias Zahid, 31, and Antor Mia,21.
 
Acting on a tip-off, a team of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested the trio while they were trying to snatch luggage from passengers at Dhaka airport yesterday (October 24).

Later, police produced the snatchers before a mobile court which handed down the aforesaid verdict against them.
