DHAKA, Nov 17, 2024 (BSS) - Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) forecasted that weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country for the next 24 hours beginning from 9am today.

"Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country", it said.

Seasonal low lies over South Bay, extending its trough to North Bay.

The met office also predicted that moderate to thick fog may occur over northern part and light to moderate fog at several places elsewhere over the country from late night to early morning tomorrow.

Night and day temperature may fall slightly over the country.

Country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded 32.2 degrees Celsius at Ambagan and minimum temperature today was 13.8 degrees Celsius at Badalgachhi.

The sunset at 05:12 PM today and rises at 06:15 AM tomorrow in the capital.
