22 HSTU students leave for internship in Thailand

DINAJPUR, April 23, 2025 (BSS) - A group of 22 students from Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU) has left for Thailand to take part in an international internship programme.

All the students are from the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences of HSTU. Their internship will be conducted under the supervision of the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences at Mahasarakham University in Thailand.

According to a HSTU press release, the student delegation has already arrived in Thailand for the 20-day programme.

In this regard, HSTU Registrar Dr. Md. Jahangir Kabir said the internship would offer the selected students hands-on experience in animal surgery, in-patient care, and treatment procedures.

"The internship programme began today and will continue until May 12," he added.
