DHAKA, June 22, 2025 (BSS) – Saudi Arabian national flag carrier Saudia Airlines today said that its enhanced staff service directly benefits the Bangladeshi passenger experience.

The airline made the observation as it has been named “Best Airline Staff Service” at the prestigious 2025 Skytrax World Airline Awards, held today at the 55th edition of the Paris Air Show 2025.

“With frequent Saudia flights connecting major cities such as Dhaka, Chattogram, and Sylhet to key destinations in the Kingdom, enhanced staff service directly benefits the Bangladeshi passenger experience,” read a statement issued by the airlines in Dhaka.

It said that for millions of Bangladeshi travellers who journey to Saudi Arabia for Hajj, Umrah, employment, and business, this recognition highlights a meaningful improvement in travel quality.

This recognition at the air show highlighted the exceptional dedication of Saudia’s team across every step of the traveller’s journey.

“From smooth ground services to onboard hospitality, their efforts have boosted guest satisfaction and service standards — especially benefiting travellers from Bangladesh,” said the release.

To further improve the guest experience, it said that Saudi Arabia is implementing the biggest investment program in its history as part of its forward-thinking strategy.

The airline said that this project is highly valuable for the increasing number of visitors from Bangladesh to Saudi Arabia.

“Key developments include, increasing its global network, this now includes regular routes linking the Kingdom and major Bangladeshi cities,” it added.
