DHAKA, July 20, 2025 (BSS) – A delegation of Al-Haiatul Ulya Lil-Jamiatil Qawmia Bangladesh today paid a call on Education Adviser Dr. C R Abrar at the latter’s secretariat office here.

During the meeting, they discussed issues relating to meeting their demands that included creating scope of achieving higher education, creating job opportunities in different government and private sectors, educational institutions, Islamic foundation and Islamic research centres.

They also demanded recognition of Dawraye Hadith certificate and requested the education adviser to take necessary steps to issue a gazette notification for ensuring the value of their certificates.

In response, the adviser said that the government will consider their demands with utmost importance. 

Religious Affairs Adviser Dr AFM Khalid Hossain was present at the meeting.

The religious affairs adviser told the meeting that the scholars of Quami Madrasha are honest and patriot. If they are allowed to provide service for the country and the nation, the country and nation would be benefited. 

Chairman of Al-Hyatul Ulaya Lil-Jami Atil Quamiya Bangladesh Allama Mahmudul Hasan, Kawmi Madrasha education Board Secretary General Mufti Mahfuzul Huq, Shibchar Darus Sunnah Madrasha Principal Mawlana Niamatullah Faridi, Basundara Islamic Research Center Secretary General Arshad Rahmani and leading ulemas, among others attended the meeting.
