DHAKA, July 20, 2025 (BSS) - Youth and Sports Adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain today congratulated the national cricket team for winning the first T-20 match in three-match series against Pakistan.

He also congratulated the players, the coach and everyone involved in the board.

The Sports Adviser hoped that the winning streak will continue in the remaining matches of the series.

The Tigers won the first T-20 match by 7 wickets at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur today.

Chasing a target of 111 runs, the hosts secured the win with 27 balls in hand. Bangladesh took a 1-0 lead in the three-match series with Mustafiz's record-breaking bowling and Parvez Hossain Emon's stormy fifty.
