National law fest at BUP concluded

DHAKA, Sept 14, 2025 (BSS)- Closing ceremony of  BUP National Law Fest 2025  was held today at Shadhinota Auditorium of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). 

National law fest was held aimed to enhance advocacy, policymaking, public speaking, and critical engagement with contemporary law related issues while promoting inter-university relations, said a press release.

AN ISPR press release said around 400 students from various universities participated in the event alongside 50 distinguished judges.
 
It said over the course of the fest, participants engaged in more than 24 sessions, including debates, advocacy presentations, and panel discussions.

Attorney General of Bangladesh Md Asaduzzaman joined the programme as the chief guest.
 
He praised the initiative for nurturing young minds and enhancing inter-university collaboration through practical legal exposure. 

BUP Vice Chancellor Major General Dr Md Mahbub-ul Alam highlighted the importance of such platforms in preparing the next generation of legal professionals to meet national and global challenges.

Later, prizes were distributed among the winning teams in different categories.
