Home Adviser visits Bangladesh Embassy in Doha, Qatar

Home Affairs Advisor Lieutenant General Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury (Retd.) visited the Bangladesh Embassy in Doha, the capital of Qatar, today.

DHAKA, Oct 19, 2025 (BSS) - Home Adviser Lieutenant General (Retd.) Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury today visited the Bangladesh Embassy in Doha, the capital of Qatar.

Upon his arrival at the Bangladesh Embassy in Doha, he was welcomed by Bangladesh Ambassador Mohammad Hazrat Ali Khan.

The Adviser visited the Passport and Visa Wing of the Embassy and inquired about the activities there. He roamed around ongoing e-passport service provision activities there.

During the visit, he spoke to various service recipients.

 The Home Adviser listened carefully to their various problems and difficulties and provided necessary instructions to the concerned to resolve them. 

He also gave instructions to the embassy officials and employees to ensure that the service recipients are provided with best services and are not subjected to any kind of harassment.

Officials and staff of various levels of the embassy were present at the time.
