US-Bangla Airlines adds third Airbus A330 to its fleet

DHAKA, Oct 21, 2025 (BSS) - US-Bangla Airlines has further expanded its fleet with the addition of a third wide-body Airbus A330-300, which landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport here this morning.

The aircraft arrived from Madrid, Spain, at 8:30 am and was officially received by senior officials of the airline, according to a press release issued by US-Bangla Airlines.

The newly added Airbus A330-300 has a seating capacity of 436 and is set to operate on routes to Jeddah, Riyadh and Medina in Saudi Arabia as part of the airline's future expansion plans in the Middle East.

With the latest addition, US-Bangla now operates a total of 25 aircraft, making it the largest airline in Bangladesh in terms of fleet size. The fleet currently includes three Airbus A330-300s, nine Boeing 737-800s and ten ATR 72-600s.

US-Bangla Airlines operates regular flights on all domestic routes and a growing number of international destinations including Kolkata, Chennai, Male, Muscat, Doha, Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Riyadh, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Guangzhou.
