DHAKA, Oct 23, 2025 (BSS) - Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Land ASM 
Saleh Ahmed has said that automation of land services is a timely and 
significant step toward building a modern, transparent and citizen-friendly 
land administration system.

He made the remarks at a seminar titled "Technohaven Co Ltd is the Project 
Management Consultant for the Land Management Automation Project" held at the 
ministry here today.

The Senior Secretary said the Land Management Automation Project will ensure 
good governance, transparency and accountability in land services while 
reducing corruption and harassment.

He emphasized the importance of technological knowledge and cyber awareness 
to prevent hacking, urging all users to "stay alert and stay secure".

Later, he also highlighted the role of the Government Performance Monitoring 
Framework in promoting efficiency and accountability in public 
administration.

Additional secretaries and senior officials of the ministry were present at 
the event.
