DHAKA, Oct 30, 2025 (BSS)- The Election Commission (EC) has begun views exchange and preparatory meetings with various ministries and departments as part of the preparatory activities of the upcoming 13th National Parliament elections to ensure the polls free, fair and participatory.

The meeting began at around 3 pm today at the conference room of the Nirbachan Bhaban at Agargaon in the city with Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) AMM Nasir Uddin in the chair. 

Four election commissioners and EC senior secretary participated in the meeting.

The meeting was attended by top officials from 31 government departments, including the cabinet secretary and secretaries of various ministries. 

Director (Public Relations) and Information Officer of the EC Secretariat, Ruhul Amin Mallick, told BSS that the meeting is being held with various ministries/departments/authorities as part of the preparatory activities for the election.
