DHAKA, Nov 5, 2025 (BSS) - The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has imposed a ban on public entry within 200 yards of all SSC (Vocational) and Dakhil (Vocational) 9th-grade examination centers in the capital to ensure fair and peaceful conduct of the tests beginning tomorrow.

A public notice signed by DMP Commissioner SM Sazzad Ali was issued on Wednesday, stating that the restriction-enforced under Sections 28 and 29 of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police Ordinance-applies to all individuals except examinees and authorized personnel involved in the exams.

The order will remain effective from November 6 until the examinations are completed, the notice added.
