Dry weather likely

DHAKA, Mar 6, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) today predicted that weather would remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in next 24 hours commencing from 9 am. 

According to a Met office bulletin, day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The highest temperature on Thursday was recorded at 35 degrees Celsius in Sylhet while today's minimum temperature was 16 degrees Celsius in Rajarhat under Rangpur division. 

The sun sets at 6:04 pm today and will rise at 6:16 am tomorrow in Dhaka.
