The NTRC announced the decision following a verdict of High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court, said a NTRCA press release here today.

The NTRCA requested all the candidates to reach at their respective examination centers on time in accordance with the schedule mentioned on their admit cards.
Earlier, the chamber judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Md. Rezaul Haque has cleared the appointment process involving the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the NTRCA.
The order was issued following a hearing on an appeal filed by the state challenging the earlier High Court decision that had halted the recruitment and related examination procedures of the NTRCA.
The Attorney General and other state counsels represented the government during the hearing while lawyers for the petitioners opposed the appeal.
The examination system includes a written test followed by oral evaluation, with a total of 100 marks. Candidates must secure at least 40 percent to qualify.
Of the total marks, 80 are allocated to the written exam, eight to the viva voce, and 12 to academic qualifications, based on SSC, HSC and graduation results.
