200 receive treatment at BMU outdoor on Eid holiday

DHAKA, May 27, 2026 (BSS) – Around 198 patients received treatment from outpatient departments at Bangladesh Medical University (BMU) as the department remained open from 10am to 1pm today despite Eid-ul-Azha holiday.

For the convenience of patients, BMU’s outpatient departments will also remain open on May 30, said a press release adding indoor and emergency departments remain open as per usual practice.
