DHAKA, June 8, 2026 (BSS) - The 2nd meeting of the 4th Sub-Committee of the Library Committee of the 13th Jatiya Sangsad was held today at the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban. 

The meeting was presided over by the Sub-Committee Convener and Member of Parliament Mohammad Najibur Rahman, MP.
The meeting held detailed discussions on the “Bangladesh National Parliament Research Act, 2026 (Amended)” and the “Bangladesh National Parliament Research Policy, 2026 (Amended).”

Following the discussion, the meeting recommended that the amended Act and Policy should be submitted to the main committee for finalization, said a press release.

Concerned officials of the Bangladesh Jatiya Sangsad Secretariat were present at the meeting.
