DHAKA, March 10, 2026(BSS) - Ministry of Home Affairs today transferred four Superintendents of Police (SPs) and posted them to new stations.

According to a notification signed by Deputy Secretary (police wing) of the ministry Tausif Ahmed, at present SP Habiganj Mosammat Yasmin Khatun was posted to the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) as its SP while at present Deputy Commission (DC) of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Md Tarek Mahmud was transferred to Habiganj as its SP.

The present SP of Chuadanga Md Monirul Islam was transferred to the Special Branch (SB) as its Special Superintendent (SS) while at present SP PBI Chttogram zone Mohammad Ruhul Kabir Khan has been posted to Chuadanganda as its SP.

The ministry also instructed the transferred officers to join their new destination as soon as possible.
