DHAKA, Apr 15, 2025 (BSS)- Azimuddin Alo Football Academy emerged champions in the  Academy Cup Football competition beating Bangram Football Academy in the final match held Kishorganj district stadium on Tuesday, said a press release.

Kishoreganj District Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Mejabe Rahmat formally inaugurated the meet as the chief guest The competition was organized by Kishoreganj District Sports Office under the annual sports program of the Sports Department.

Sixty players from the district participated in the four-team competition, while thirty talented players were selected after the day-long competition. 

Kishoreganj District Sports Officer Al-Amin as the selected player would be provided 20-day training. 

He said that a training camp would begin with these selected players from April 17 and four talented players would get the opportunity to be selected for the Dhaka divisional competition of the Sports Department's Development Cup Football tournament. 

If they can maintain their talent, these players will have the opportunity to participate in the beach soccer tournament, he added.
